Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, margarine, shortening and eggs.
    Stir in flour.
    Shape into 1 1/4-inch balls. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon.
    Roll balls in mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes until set.
    Cool.
    Yields about 4 dozen cookies.
