Good And Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. tarragon
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can carrots and peas, drained
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
    Pillsbury crescent rolls
Preparation
    Simmer chicken breast about 30 minutes in a covered pan with next 3 ingredients and 2 cups of water.
    When tender, drain (reserving broth).
    Remove skin and bone.
    Chop meat into large pieces.

    In 11 x 7-inch baking dish, pour soup and thin with 1/2 cup of broth. Season with salt and pepper; stir in chicken, carrots and peas. Top with roll dough, unrolled but not separated.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until crust is brown and filling is bubbling, about 25 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
