Simple Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Put flour in a large bowl.
    Make a well in center of it.
    Add shortening and milk to well.
    Mix well and roll out on floured surface.
    Cut out small biscuits (small juice can works well). Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
