Artichoke Heaven - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until artichoke hearts fall apart and are well blended.
Bake in buttered casserole at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is nicely browned.
Serve with Stone Wheat crackers while warm.
