Dottie'S Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon, finely chopped
1 c. onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
8 oz. stale hot dog rolls, finely cubed
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chicken or turkey stock
Preparation

Saute bacon in large skillet until almost crisp.
Add onion; cook until bacon is crisp and onion is soft.
Stir in poultry seasoning, celery salt, garlic salt and onion salt.
Put cubed bread in large bowl.
Pour bacon mixture and egg over it.
Mix until well blended, using 2 forks.
Add chicken stock to make a very moist but not wet mixture.
