Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. mushroom stems and pieces
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 to 1 lb. scallops
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in melted butter for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Cool for 15 minutes.
Add scallops, sour cream and parsley.
Place in casserole, top with bread crumbs.
Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
