Blushing Apple Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. red cinnamon candies
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 1/2 c. thinly sliced, peeled baking apples
    pastry for double crust pie
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Add apples and stir gently to mix.
    Pour into a pastry-lined pie plate.
    Roll out remaining crust to fit top of pie.
    Cut slits in top crust.
    Place over apples.
    Seal and flute edges.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until pastry is golden and apples are tender.
