Cranberry Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bags cranberries
    6 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    3-4 c. English walnuts
Preparation
    Bring to boil and simmer until foam clears (15 to 20 minutes). Stir constantly.
    Cool 1 hour and add walnuts.
    Pour into jars. Makes approximately 3 pints.
