Double Cheese Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. uncooked medium noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed; drain.
    In large skillet, cook meat, onion and celery until browned.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce and salt.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; stir in cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and noodles.
    Pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
