No Fat Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. regular active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 111~)
1/2 c. warm apple juice (105~ to 111~)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. rye flour
3 1/2 to 3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except flours.
Stir in rye flour.
Stir in enough all-purpose flour, 1 cup at a time, to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; gently roll in flour to coat.
Knead about 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
(Dough will be soft.)
Spray a large bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Place dough in bowl and turn greased side up.
Cover and let rise in warm place about 1 1/4 hours or until double.
