Mandarin Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can mandarin oranges, reserve syrup
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients in this order; egg, sugar, oranges, flour, nuts,
soda and salt with electric mixer, adding enough reserved syrup to thin batter to pouring consistency.
Bake in a greased and
floured 8 x 8-inch pan at 350\u00b0 until browned on top.
