Cabbage And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium head cabbage
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. garlic, chopped
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop cabbage coarsely.
    Cut potatoes in 1-inch pieces.
    Saute chopped onion and garlic in the oil.
    Add all of the other ingredients.
    Cook slowly, until done.
    (More water may be added as necessary.)
