Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. solid shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Blend together flour, salt, sugar and shortening.
    Add buttermilk and mix well.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; stir into batter.
    Store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut into biscuits and let rise.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until brown.
