Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
16 oz. loaf white bread
2 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook the chicken.
Remove from bone and cut it up.
Dry bread in a slow oven, then cube.
Make gravy (medium thick) using the chicken broth.
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan.
