Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, pumpkin and lemon juice. Mix well and pour onto a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Sprinkle pecans over top of mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
