Mexican Bread(Pan Casero) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted sugar
2 sticks butter
6 eggs
4 c. sifted flour
4 Tbsp. baking powder
cinnamon as desired
milk as needed
1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation

Beat together sifted sugar, baking powder and melted butter. Add eggs.
Slowly add the flour, the orange juice, cinnamon and milk until mixture is thick but somewhat runny.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
