Shells With Spinach And Ricotta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. canola oil or Pam
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 c. thawed, frozen spinach, chopped (10 oz. box)
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. garlic
pepper to taste
1 c. part skim Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. skim milk
dash of nutmeg
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
6 medium pasta shells, cooked and drained
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Spray an 8-inch square pan.
Heat oil in skillet; saute onions and garlic.
Add spinach, chicken broth and pepper; mix.
Add Ricotta and milk; stir.
Add nutmeg and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
Add shells.
Put in the 8-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
