Pittsburgh Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 onion, coarsely chopped
    1 can pimento, cut in pieces
    1 c grated cheese, American or Sharp
Preparation
    Parboil potatoes for 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and sauce (recipe to follow).
    Place in casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
