Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 Tbsp. safflower oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 burger buns
1 small garlic clove, minced
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate.
Heat oil in skillet; add onion.
Cook over high heat until brown; stir in garlic and remove from heat.
Cool to room temperature, then stir into turkey mixture.
In an oiled skillet or grill, cook turkey patties about 5 minutes on each side.
Serve on a bun with lettuce and tomato.
