Green Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. clean fresh cilantro leaves
    1 c. sliced scallions (including green tops)
    4 fresh jalapenos, stemmed and halved
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine the cilantro, scallions, jalapenos and salt and process, stopping once to scrape down the sides of the work bowl, until smooth.
    In a bowl, whisk the sour cream until smooth and shiny.
    Stir in the puree and combine well. Taste; correct the seasoning and refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
