Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces (may use 4 chicken breasts)
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. salad oil or shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
    Coat chicken with flour mixed with salt and pepper.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add chicken, a few pieces at a time and brown on all sides.
    Remove as browned to shallow roasting pan, arranging pieces, skin side up. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
