Chicken Paprikash(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken, cubed
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 lb. sour cream (nonfat)
1 c. frozen peas
2 sticks butter
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
Preparation

In large skillet, brown onions in 1 stick butter.
Add chicken, paprika and salt.
Brown on medium-low heat.
Add 1/2 cup chicken stock.
Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles as directed on package and add frozen peas to cooking noodles.
Remove from heat.
Stir sour cream into chicken mixture, then add noodles and peas mixture and serve.
Garnish with parsley.
