Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 can chicken soup
    1/2 can canned milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
    poultry seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken and remove from bone.
    Save broth.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place chicken in greased casserole dish.
    Mix soup and milk.
    Pour over chicken.
    Mix stuffing, onion and celery.
    Stir in enough reserved broth to moisten.
    Season stuffing with poultry seasoning, if desired.
    Spoon over chicken and soup in casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
