Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    5 oz. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 1/2 c. coconut (Angle Flake)
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar.
    Melt margarine and mix with sugar-egg mixture.
    Add milk, vanilla flavoring and 1 cup coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Put 1/2 cup coconut on top of mixture in pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
