Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
2 sticks Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix soup and sour cream; add poppy seed.
Mix crushed cracker crumbs with margarine.
Layer in a casserole dish (13 x 8-inch) with sauce on bottom, chicken in middle and cracker crumbs on top. Do this twice.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
