Black Forest Cake - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water
3 c. Cool Whip
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Top with half of Cool Whip, then half of pie filling.
Top this with second layer. Finally put on top remaining Cool Whip, then remaining pie filling.
