Marinated Spiced Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 carrots, cut into slices
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 medium to large onion, diced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots (not too soft).
    Combine remaining ingredients except onion and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add onion and pepper and bring to a boil again.
    Pour over carrots and let stand. After cooling, refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
