Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    2 cans crushed tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves, dried
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Put oil and garlic in saucepan or low pot.
    Saute garlic until it starts
    to
    turn
    gold.
    Immediately pour in tomatoes. Add basil and sugar.
    Stir occasionally over medium flame for 1 hour or until desired flavor is reached (1 1/2 hours).
