Sirloin Beef Tips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef sirloin, cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. dry wine
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown beef cubes in hot oil.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer on low heat 2 hours or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
Serve over noodles or rice.
