No Knead Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. hot milk
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and lukewarm water; set aside.
    Put shortening, sugar and salt into bowl.
    Add hot milk.
    Stir until shortening is melted.
    Beat egg and add it to yeast mixture, stir.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour, stir; add 1 cup flour, stir.
    Add 1 more cup flour and stir.
    Grease hands; pinch off dough a little larger than an egg, work until rounded.
    Put in baking pan, grease tops and let rise until double in bulk (about 1 1/2 hours).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
