Cheese And Green Chilies Mini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 4 oz. cans green chilies
    1 lb. white cheese (any kind), grated
    1 lb. sharp cheddar, grated
    6 eggs
    1 5 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
    dash of tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease with margarine or butter a 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Place chilies on bottom of pan.
    Layer one cheese, then layer other cheese.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add milk and tabasco sauce.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cut into squares while warm.
    Freezes well.
