Mayonnaise Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, milk and mayonnaise, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with oil.
    Place in a 400\u00b0 oven for 4 minutes, or until hot. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cornmeal.
    Spoon batter into skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
