Spicy Vegetable Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (10 3/4 oz) Tomato soup
    1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of onion Soup
    2 soup cans water
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 small zucchini, coarsely chopped
    2 medium carrots, coarsely chopped
    1 can chick peas, rinsed and drained
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    In large saucepan mix soups, water, chili powder, thyme, pepper, zucchini, carrots, chick peas, and black beans.
    Over medium heat, heat to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cook 40 medium, stir occasionally.
    If desired, garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese and fresh parsley.
