Potato Soup With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lrg. or 4 sm. potatoes, diced
    1 med. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp white pepper
    2 C. sour cream
    parsley, minced
Preparation
    Boil peeled potatoes with salt and pepper for about 15 minutes.
    Add sour cream and cook on low heat until the potatoes are tender.
    Garnish with parsley.
