Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant.
    Boil in salted water until tender. Drain.
