Breakfast Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    4 oz. sour cream
    9 to 10 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Melt margarine. Add flour.
    Stir until blended. Slowly add milk and whisk until well blended and thick (use medium/low heat so it doesn't scorch).
    Add Cheez Whiz and let cool.
    Add sour cream to cooled mixture.
