Almond Float - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp. almond extract
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. cold milk
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Add milk and almond extract and stir.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Slice into 1-inch cubes.
Mix cubes in bowl with mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks in their juice.
Store in refrigerator.
