Cola Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) beef roast (bottom round)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (10 oz.) bottle cola
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Rub over surface of roast.
    Brown beef roast on all sides in a Dutch oven with vegetable oil.
    Drain off drippings.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over roast.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
