Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder. Beat eggs well in another bowl.
    Gradually add sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Then add dry ingredients.
    Blend well; stir in zucchini. Pour into two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool in pans on rack 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
