Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 stick oleo or butter
1 can coconut
Preparation

Cream eggs and sugar together; melt oleo.
Mix with eggs and sugar.
Add milk, vanilla, and 3/4 can of coconut.
Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell; sprinkle with remaining coconut.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
