Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (14 3/4 oz.) pink salmon
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes prepared from instant flakes
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 cup packaged bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes.
    Drain salmon; remove bones and skin. Flake salmon into potatoes.
    Add egg, pepper and crumbs.
    Mix well; shape into patties. (Add more crumbs if needed.)
    Pan fry in vegetable oil about 5 minutes on each side.
