Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped broccoli, cauliflower or spinach (thaw before using, if frozen)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. Bisquick mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 10-inch pie plate.
    Mix vegetables, onion, green pepper and cheese on pie plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients with mixer for about 1 minute or until smooth.
    Pour into pie plate over other ingredients.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean and pie is golden brown.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
