Whipped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. milk, heated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Heat potatoes with water to cover until boiling.
    Lower heat and cook
    until
    fork-tender,
    about
    15
    to
    20 minutes. Drain. Return to heat and cook, uncovered, 2 minutes or until all water is evaporated.
    Pour
    potatoes
    in
    a large bowl and mash with rest
    of
    ingredients.
    With electric mixer, beat on high for 3 minutes.
    Makes about 6 servings.
