Cranberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. cranberry sauce (whole or jelled)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Blend shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Cream well.
    Add cranberries, nuts and raisins.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk to egg mixture.
    Pour in greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When cool, frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
