Raisin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup pecans broken in pieces
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    lump of butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, egg yolks, vinegar, cinnamon and butter.
    Stir in raisins and pecans.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into mixture.
    Pour filling into a 9 inch unbaked pie crust and bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes.
    Serve with cool whip.
    Serves 4-6.
