Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef loin top sirloin steak boneless, cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. beef broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Dredge steak in flour.
Combine steak, broth, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in 2 1/2 quart microproof casserole.
Push meat to center of casserole; set aside.
Wipe mushrooms with damp towel.
Cut into thick slices.
Arrange mushrooms and onion around meat.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on 80 for 10-13 minutes or until tender.
Stir in sour cream.
4 servings.
Total cooking time:
10-13 minutes.
