Best Ever Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple, reserve 1 c. juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    4 to 5 slices bread
Preparation
    Drain can of pineapple, reserving 1 cup of juice.
    Cook together juice, sugar, flour and margarine until thickened. Generously butter an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Cube bread and place in casserole and mix with drained chunk pineapple.
    Pour thickened pineapple sauce over mixture, gently blend in.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
