Chick-A-Bobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken (boneless, skinless; Tyson) thigh cutlets
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 tomato
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut chicken thighs into chunks.
    Cut green pepper, onion and tomato into wedges.
    Alternate chicken and vegetable on skewer.
    Place on baking sheet in oven 30 to 35 minutes or cook outside on grill until thoroughly cooked, about 15 minutes per side.
