Half Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    6 eggs
    flavoring (any)
    2 level tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk or 1/2 lb. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream the Crisco and sugar.
    Cream the eggs, one or two at a time with the mixture.
    Add the flour.
    Add the flavoring.
    Bake the cake at 300\u00b0 on the bottom rack of the oven for just over 1 hour.
