Brownie Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 to 1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa and salt.
    Add milk, vanilla and shortening.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Sprinkle over batter.
    Pour water over entire batter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
